I had them install blinds and plantation shutters in two homes over past 5 years. Overall was happy with product until several months ago when I called them to requests clips for two broken valances. Initially stated no problem, will send them right out. Have made repeated requests even offering to pay for clips and postage... No response to repeated phone calls. I tried to get clips at Lowest and Home depot but they don't have correct ones.
I also have blinds on doors that bang around unsecured whenever door open/closed.
Very disappointed! Poor, nonexistent customer service!!
