Dealertrack has made multiple attempts to contact the customer but has not received any return phone calls, emails or other responseWe will continue our attempts to contact the customer to amiably resolve this matter

DealerTrack's claim that they have reached out to us in false. We need someone at DealerTrack to get in contact with the accounting office at our *** location as soon as possible to get this matter resolved.
