Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 6, 2015/10/15) */ On 9/28/an attempt was made to contact [redacted] regarding a deliveryThe complainant stated a message was not left, as this is supposed to be a truthful statement- it is notI left a message stating I had a delivery for her & if we could not connect with each other I would deliver it first thing next morning, when she responded back she did not dispute thisIf I didn't leave a message how would she know to call me back or what I wanted? I was already leaving town to take orders a distance away when she called me & wasn't returning for the day I open at 9:00am & on 9-25-I delivered a large vase of flowers, a stuffed bear and balloons between 9:30-10:00amI also upgraded the bear that was delivered from what was ordered from the wire service The next day Mr [redacted] called & nastily interrogated me over the order; asking why I didn't deliver it even though I got no answer when I first calledI told him that is why we have a contact numberHe said I should have driven across town anywayI said, no answer, tells me no one is home & I can't do a delivery attempt or times for every customerNo one does that I discussed possibly giving her a gift certificate for half the order and he thought he needed 100% refundI stated considering the amount of product that was delivered that would not be possible Half the product amount will be sent Thank you, The Bloom Box Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 8, 2015/10/21) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I was already leaving town to take 2 orders a distance away when she called me & wasn't returning for the day.
I open at 9:00am & on 9-25-15 I delivered a large vase of flowers, a stuffed bear and balloons between 9:30-10:00am. I also upgraded the bear that was delivered from what was ordered from the wire service.

First and foremost... I was not "nasty" I simply wanted her to stand behind her "100% satisfaction guarantee" which she refused to do. And SHE was the one who told me "whatever" and hung up on me. Also... She did NOT leave a message for [redacted] when she called, and didn't call her again until the next morning. Delivery was promised on the same day... wouldn't you think to contact the BUYER to work something out? She did not. [redacted] did not make a purchase therefore giving her half the product does nothing for me.... the CUSTOMER.
