TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:IN REGARDS TO THE LETTER THAT WE RECEIVED ABOUT COMPLAINT ID: [redacted] ( [redacted] ,)I AM WRITING TO INFORM YOU OF THE UPDATED STATUS OF THE RESIDENT'S STATUS WITH OURCOMMUNITYTHE RESIDENT MOVED OUT OF HER APARTMENT ON NOVEMBER 1st, HER DEPOSITACCOUNTING WAS COMPLETED ON NOVEMBER 12th, I MAILED HER PAPERWORK TO HER OLDADDRESS HERE AT THE BLUFFS, AS SHE DID NOT LEAVE ANY FORWARDING ADDRESS INFORMATION.THE RESIDENT'S FILE WAS GIVEN TO COLLECTIONS AFTER THE STANDARD DAY WAITING PERIOD.THEY THEN USED THE FILE TO CALL AND NOTIFY THE RESIDENT, AS WELL AS THE CO-SIGNERTHERESIDENT CALLED, UPSET ABOUT BEING CONTACTED VIA THE COLLECTION AGENCYI INFORMED MRS[redacted] THAT WE SENT THE PAPERWORK TO HER OLD ADDRESS AND THAT IF SHE HADFORWARDED HER MAIL, IT SHOULD BE RECEIVEDI ALSO INFORMED HER THAT IT IS STANDARDPROCEDURE PER PINNACLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TO TURN OVER ACCOUNTS AFTER DAYS, ANDEXPLAINED THAT THERE WOULD BE NO PENALTY FEES OR REPORTING TO ANY CREDIT BUREAUS FORTHE FULL DAYSSEEING AS WE CANNOT ACCEPT PAYMENT AFTER AN ACCOUNT IS TURNED OVER, IADVISED THAT SHE CALL THE AGENCY, GAVE HER THE NUMBER, AS WELL AS CONTACT PERSON THEREIALSO TOLD HER THAT I WOULD FORWARD HER A 2No COPY OF HER LEDGER AND THE REST OF THEPAPERWORK SO THAT SHE WOULD HAVE IT, AS A COURTESYI TOLD HER THAT I WOULD SEND IT TOTHE CO SIGNER AS SHE DID NOT OFFER A FORWARDIND ADDRESSI MAILED THESE ITEMS ON 12/14/15.I ALSO RECEIVED NOTICE FROM THE COLLECTION AGENCY THE SAME DAY THAT A PAYMENT PLAN HASALREADY BEEN SET UP PER THE RESIDENTMRS [redacted] HAS ALSO REACHED OUT TO MYREGIONAL MANAGER, LEILAN S***, WHO HAS RESPONDED AND WORKED WITH MRS [redacted] .AS WE UNDERSTAND, THE MATTER HAS BEEN RESOLVED, AND DONE SO IN A TIMELY MANNERI AMATTACHING THE PAPERWORK FOR YOUR RECORDS SO THAT YOU MAY SEE WHAT WAS MAILEDIF YOUSHOULD HAVE ANY OTHER QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO EMAIL ME OR CALL ME.ALSO, PLEASE INFORM ME OF THE OUTCOME OF THIS COMPLAINTTHANK YOU!SINCERELY,TARA H***PROPERTY MANAGERTHE BLUFFS APARTMENTSP: F: [email protected]

I MAILED HER PAPERWORK TO HER OLDADDRESS HERE AT THE BLUFFS, AS SHE DID NOT LEAVE ANY FORWARDING ADDRESS INFORMATION.THE RESIDENT'S FILE WAS GIVEN TO COLLECTIONS AFTER THE STANDARD 14 DAY WAITING PERIOD.THEY THEN USED THE FILE TO CALL AND NOTIFY THE RESIDENT, AS WELL AS THE CO-SIGNER. THERESIDENT CALLED, UPSET ABOUT BEING CONTACTED VIA THE COLLECTION AGENCY. I INFORMED MRS.[redacted] THAT WE SENT THE PAPERWORK TO HER OLD ADDRESS AND THAT IF SHE HADFORWARDED HER MAIL, IT SHOULD BE RECEIVED.
