I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Thank you for your quick reaction to my complaint. It turns out, I found out today, that they werehere to take care of the problem but we were not home and the guy who did the work didn't inform us, or anyone at the office. The Board Store has been a good company in the past andstill are. Because of the concern of [redacted] and The Board Store, we have worked out theproblem and have a solution.
