I recently notice a branch of this company open in the Tanglewood area and was impressed with the appearance of the location.I looked at there website and was excited with what I sawA salon that offered an "Old Fashion Country Club Environment" and"Premier Grooming".My wife purchased a $gift card for a birthday gift and I went online to make an appointment and after giving my life's history to make the appointment I was unable to complete the appointment process as they demanded a credit card to make the reservation,however it wouldn't accept the gift card as payment for the reservationI then called the location and tried to make an appointment for a shave and a haircutAgain giving my life's history the appointment was madeThe day of the appointment I received a phone call saying they didn't have a person who could do the shave so I would receive a haircut at that location and then drive to the location in the Village for a shave.I canceled rhat appointment and cal
