I needed to reorder my wife's conditionerI noticed that she had a reward coupon and attempted several times to enter the coupon code prior to checkoutHowever, the coupon code would not take and so I proceeded by contacting the customer service for assistanceIn the description of my problem, I also provided a screen shot to show what was going on Customer service contacted me and only said "Please follow through the check out processOnce you are prompted to select a shipping method, you will see a promo code area for the Reward Points Code"I attempted to do so again but I got same result I reached out to the company and asked if I could place my order and be credited the rewards coupon (I figured that was simple enough)Given that my wife needed the conditioner, I proceeded by placing the order prior to hearing back from the companyTo this day, I have not received any followup from the companyThey have yet to reach out to me in any wayI emailed them once more

We apologize that we missed your email reply back and cannot find a follow up on 11/25/16, so we are so sorry that you were waiting to hear back from us to apply the discount. We can be reached by phone Monday through Friday 10 AM - 5 PM PST at [redacted].  We are a very small team so if we are helping a customer and cannot get to the phone, please leave a message with your contact information and we will give you a call back to help just as soon as we can. Near the end of the year it gets pretty busy for us fulfilling holiday orders and we make all of our products by hand so phone is the quickest way to reach us for assistance. products. We understand that in this particular situation store credit was not wanted in exchange for the returned item. We came to an agreement that we would honor a refund for the item if it was returned to us. Upon receipt of the returned item a full refund of the item's purchase price plus tax was processed for the customer within 24 hours of receiving the returned item. Thank you for your business. We look forward to resolving this issue. The refund was processed on 05/28/15.
