Dear Mrs [redacted] Thank you for allowing the Body Shop of Kings Auto Mall to repair the damages to your vehicle I apologize for the delay in the repair process, originally based on our first estimate the repair would have only taken daysBut with the additional damage that was found, once the vehicle was in our shop and torn down, that delayed the process We did not get the approval from you and the other party paying for these repairs till Thursday September 4, Then we had to order the part and get the vehicle back into the repair process I know that we did slip in keeping you informed of any issues that slowed down the process and I can not apologize enough for that For the problems and trouble you had to go through we have decided to send you a $gas card to thank you for your business and to apologize for our short comings in the communication process I just want you to know that we do strive to give the best service with the highest quality workmanship possible but we do make mistakes and I hope that in the future you would still think to use our facility for repair workIf there is anything else that we can do to please let me know and I will address it right away for you Please contact me at [redacted] or email me at [email protected] Sincerely, [redacted] ***

The vehicle was repaired to manufacturer standarimprovement of per accident condition The customer stated concerns which my team went above and beyond to addressThere is no further work that can be done within the settlement from the accident to meet the unrealistic expectation of this customer The customer's continued exaggeration of issues to get a better than per accident condition of their vehicle,extended the length of time the vehicle was in the shopThese additional repair were beyond what the insurance company issued to complete and beyond repairs that the insurance company refused to pay for rental or any other repairs based on the unrealistic expectation of this customer The shop is not responsible for any further works or services CALVIN T***

On 8/30/2017 I recieved a phone call stating my car was done. I looked over vehicle and it has tape residue by moonroof and other flaws in paint. The pai ter took my vehicle to get residue off and actually rubbed paint off and had to keep vehicle for more time. On 9/7/2017 they had the doors and and a molding off of my vehicle. How am I supposed to drive it with doors off of it? I request body shop to reimburse me $256 that I paid out of my pocket for the remaining time I was in rental for thier extended time of having my vehicle.
