I do apologize for the inconvenience of the alignment not being right, but *** had informed us that it was to their specifications and we do not perform any mechanical repairs at our facility we leave these process to the manufacture specific technicians. I did offer for you to either leave
your vehicle and I would take it right up to *** or that you could bring it back on Monday. You had requested that I went on a test drive with you to see what it was doing but that wasn't going to solve anything and I just wanted to solve the problem for. Again I apologize for the couple times that you had to come back for the alignment that the insurance didn't pay for the first time and then to have *** correct their alignment

          Thank you for allowing
the Body Shop of Kings Auto Mall to repair the damages to your vehicle.  I
apologize for the delay in the repair process, originally based on our first
estimate the repair would have only...

taken 3 days. But with the additional
damage that was found, once the vehicle was in our shop and torn down, that
delayed the process. 
We did not get the approval from
you and the other party paying for these repairs till Thursday September 4,
2014.  Then we had to order the part and
get the vehicle back into the repair process. 
I know that we did slip in keeping you informed of any issues that
slowed down the process and I can not apologize enough for that.  For the problems and trouble you had to go
through we have decided to send you a $100 gas card to thank you for your
business and to apologize for our short comings in the communication
process.  I just want you to know that we
do strive to give the best service with the highest quality workmanship
possible but we do make mistakes and I hope that in the future you would still
think to use our facility for repair work. If there is anything else that we
can do to please let me know and I will address it right away for you.
