Have not received what I paid for
Dec 22 money was removed from my account for a bag I purchased. Dec 24 they emailed me stating they do not have that bag so I told her what I wanted instead. A week goes by nothing. I emailed multiple times no response. Finally she responded on the saying she got behind she was sending my item. This week nothing I have sent 3 emails no answer. I just want my money back 34.41 was removed from my account and I just want my money back. I am done waiting for something that is not coming.
I just want my money back she took money out of my account knowing she didn't have what I ordered. The should have never been removed. Please refund my money 34.41

The order has shipped. Tracking here: ***. There was as delay due to us being out-of-stock of that particular bag and we had to wait to receive a response from the customer as to what she would like in exchange. I have been in contact with her the entire time and apologized for the delay. Thanks!
I placed an order with this company on 7-18-17. Shortly after the money was removed form my acct. I have never received the product I paid for.
I reached to the company via email and received one email stating the product has been back ordered since July 4th however they just had a new shipment and I would be receiving my order soon, this was on 8/2/17. It is now over a month since I placed this order, the company is not responding to anymore of my emails and I have request a full refund with no response. I believe this is considered theft and I want something done regarding getting my money back and making sure this does not happen to other people.
I am just looking for a full refund of my money that was withdrawn from my acct.
