Review: On Monday 06/10/2013, We ordered TO GO two pounds of live crawfish at Boiling Crab, San Diego location. The crawfish turned to be frozen, not live. We contacted Boiling Crab's manager Minh Luong. He mentioned it is overcooked instead of accepting the fact that the restaurant has cheated us or did a wrong order. We have been talking over phone for more than 30 minutes but the manager is unable to refund the order instead of offering us a gift card. This is a very unfair practice and we were treated like stupid consumers who are unable to differentiate between live vs frozen with microwave. Please stopping thinking about profit and concern about people health issues. My order #[redacted], Take Out, Server: [redacted], Station: 13.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund. I would not like a gift card or any certificate with a restaurant which is cheating the customers for the profit.

In regards to case ID # [redacted]; we have contacted Mr.[redacted] and have mutually resolved he's concern/issues. In addition, we have refunded he's money back.
