In response to the Complaint From [redacted] of Mountain Side Living there are many details that she has chosen to leave out. Her initial meeting [redacted]...

agreed at that time to our billing procedures set forth, which included having payments automatically withdrawn as the invoices were sent out and provided her banking information. [redacted] was unavailable to get a hold of for a period of time and once we did reach her, we had multiple months of work needing to be entered and her taxes approaching deadline. [redacted]'s bill was processed the same as it has always been and she chose on this last one to stop payment and recall it. This is something that costs our company money. [redacted] had discussed her discrepancy with the bill with four of our staff members. All four of our staff members let her know that the charge stands and that when you come in for an hour and half you do get charged for your time. [redacted] did not like the answer that she received and therefore went on a calling frenzy. She would call two or three times a day expecting a different answer. The Book Balancer ceased work for her as she was not a paying customer. Jennifer and the staff are always quick to respond and fulfil the needs of their paying clients. Jennifer works hard to make sure her clients are happy and are well taken care of. However when a client chooses not to pay and still continuously harasses the office when they do not receive the answer they want, Jennifer has the right to cease work. [redacted] has also called in and spoke to our staff members choosing to use derogatory terms and inappropriately speak of our staff.  Her inappropriate behaviors lead us to recently telling her that we would no longer do work for her. As soon she pays for the work she will receive it.  To setup a meeting with a client that is NOT prepared is not productive. Jennifer is very busy – her staff is an extension of her. Should staff get scheduled with a client, the staff is capable and skilled to handle what is needed.
