Take a look at the TITLE of the product the customer ordered Says SHIP DATE APRIL 30thItem was on back-order, so the website clearly displayed that any purchases would ship on April 30th We sent the customer numerous emails explaining the product was not in stock and would not ship
until April 30th, but he seemed incapable of understanding that simple concept. Full refund issued
