This is [redacted] , COO of Boot Outlet, LLCI am truly sorry you had a bad experience with us We pride ourselves in a customer service and try our best to take care of everyone Employees that do not take care of our customers are quickly let go After speaking with my employees about the situation, the employees claim that they wanted to order a pair of boots in your sizeThey say that you didn't want to order them at the time and you did not seem upset at all about the situation If one of our vendors makes a boot in your size, we have no problem ordering them for youSome boots start in a size and go to a size Clothing we cannot special order because clothing has to be ordered months ahead of time, but just about all our clothes range from an XS to a 2XL An employee called me and wanted to know our return policy on gift cards I simply told him that our policy that there are no refunds on gift cards I believe this is by and large the most common policy regarding gift cards I never and would have never said "tough love."
