Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [redacted] I ask that the hotel please list the location and exact wording where it is stated that a valid access code is required and that the reservation is not guaranteed [redacted] In response to the points raised by the hotel: “ [redacted] ”- My booking DID NOT require me to enter any Access Code I made the reservation without any Access Code I also received a confirmation email from the hotel after making the booking with a confirmation number" [redacted] ***"- I did not enter any code when making the reservation This was not required- I checked the Terms and Conditions when making the booking I also checked the Terms and Conditions of the confirmation that I received by email I also checked the hotel website terms There is no mention of need for a valid rate code, let alone being clearly stated Below are the Terms and Conditions from the confirmation There is no mention of the rate being guaranteed upon arrival, being restricted, or requiring a valid access code- Per the confirmation, the reasons that I can see for a confirmation not being honored are “ [redacted] “ None of these applied in my situation- The terms from my confirmation are reproduced belowRATE TYPE: Friends and Family Rate POLICIES: Check In Time - pm Check Out Time - pm Rates are subject to change [redacted] [redacted] *** [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] **

Dear Revdex.com, Boro Hotel has a private room reservation rate called Friends and Family RateIt is a rate that is valid only for Direct Employed Associates of Boro Hotel, and related kin of associatesThe rate is based upon availabilityThe rate is not guaranteed until arrival and approval by Hotel A valid Access Code is required to make and confirm reservationsThis is all clearly stated on our website when booking this rate planThe hotel Director of Rooms offered [redacted] gesture of good faith courtesy discount of $off the hotel's best available rates that are open and unrestricted to the public, unfortunately [redacted] chose to decline the hotel's gesture of good faithThe hotel website clearly lists our terms and conditions related to reservations at the hotelThe hotel certainly puts guest satisfaction first and hopes the best for [redacted] **Best, Executive Office Boro Hotel ###-###-####
