As you can see they have me living there still and I do not ... My last name is not [redacted]. My full name is [redacted], my name is not [redacted], [redacted] as their records state .  I am not on the lease there . Nor have I been on the  the lease for the last three to four years . My name should not be involved and  it better not mess with my credit. they have ephrata borough monopolized with electricity and I want nothing to do with their business . .

Review: Received a letter from them stating I'm late on a payment. The letter was threatening to disconnect services with only eight days to pay up. If I didn't pay the entire amount passed due by 4:30( EST PM) I would be subject to pay the entire amount in "CASH" only !!!!!!REALLY ????? with an additional 25$ reconnect fee ...... if I pay between 3:00 - 4:30 it will be 30$ reconnect fee... Sooo.... Here's the ridiculous part... I haven't lived there in over 2.5 years. I moved to another city... they sent it to another city , how dumb ? My daughter still lives there though, with her mother.They sent ME the warning letter to a house which I no longer live either, which got forwarded to another city resulting in even further delay. By the time I got the letter in hand it was already 16 days past due..I haven't spoke to the mother of my child who resides there still if her services were disconnected or not.The issue at hand is, they need to send these types of letters to the address they are providing services to . See** like a tricky way of saying later , " we told you so" I never liked them on day one .... Apparently you can't get electricity from any other providers cause they rent/own the telephone poles there .. which is clearly against the law.. I think that's called a monopolyIn conclusion .... They should tell you ... " welcome to the borough of ephrata, here only we can buy ppl electric, no worries we'll gladly resell it to you, then we just might tweak it up a bit with our shady Mailing practices. If you don't agree, we're sorry and good luck "Desired Settlement: Get my name of their list, I had nothing to do with them and I never once wrote them a check, nor signed any agreement with them. They got my name originally off the apartment lease. Look into it at least .... I'm sure nothing will be done about it since the whole town is run by [redacted]
