While I did receive some immediate relief from the chiropractic services, there was not long term benefits and I am in the process of finding other methods of relief I also had multiple issues that I had initial treatments for If I did not bring it up - the doctor never remembered to treat those specific problems - I had to remind him (did not read his file prior to visit??) The headaches with the billing department far outweighed any benifts They did not know how to bill insurance companies, hardly ever had accurate information for me on my account, hardly ever sent regular bills or statements and then all of a sudden you owe hundreds of dollars with no warning They continually try to sell their spa products/treatments - seems to be more focus on that side of business Be careful - they may offer to let you 'complementary try' a spa machine and then bill you/your insurance company for it - happened to my friend

The chiropractor is fine but the billing is not. I'm being charged for missed appts with the doctor and massage therapist. I called a day before to cancel these appts. I would understand if it had been the same day as it's clearly stated in their office if you don't you will be charged. Woman in billing insists it was only an hour before when I called. This is not the case. The receptionist is also not very pleasant on the phone either. I won't be going back.
