Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business I appreciate Revdex.com reviewed and mediated my complaint against Boston Laser Institute However, I still think $for new patient eye exam is way too much, considering the Dr*** examined me less than minand told me that he didn't see any problems but my eye got really worse after this appoint and I had to go see other doctors I am not satisfy the response from the business but I will contact them to discuss about the payment before they would sell my account balance to the third party I would like Revdex.com to release information that how much Boston Laser Eye Institute charges for a new patient eye exam ($315) if possible so that other consumers can be aware of it I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved Regards,

This was adjusted as the EOB indicated.92015- Refraction which she refers to as reflection was adjusted in full per [redacted] eob denied as inclusive to exam. No bill to patient for this service. The patient misunderstood [redacted], when they told her she could not be billed for the services it was in regards to the 92015 & 92025, not the exam code. She mentions they paid them in full but they denied and the charges were adjusted. The resulting bill from Boston Eye Group for $236.06 is appropriate and should be paid by the patient. The patient should have been aware of her Deductible responsibility prior to making an appointment. Hope that helps clarify,
