The Cavco crew came to our home and fixed issues but still needed to paint trim around windowsI sent an email to the contractor with the name of the color for the trim along with the color number on Thursday morningI didn't hear anything back from them as of todayI heard from the sales person Eddie T [redacted] in an email saying that he had a meeting with the contractor, it was the same morning that I sent the information to the contractor, saying that they wanted a picture of the color of the trimI emailed him back letting him know that I had emailed the contractor earlier with the color information and I also included the same information on Eddie's emailAs of today I still have not heard back from Eddie either

I have contacted the factory for the paint we will contact the customer when it arrivesWe would prefer to send them the paint for a couple of items left if possible rather than spend hours to paint a couple of small areas if possibleEddie

This is a minute job and our people will need to travel hours to complete this taskThe warranty is a year warranty on the following items: Structure, Electrical, Heating, Plumbing, Air Conditioning and AppliancesIf they really want the labor they can stop by and I will give them $personally

I filed a compliant on May 30, 2017 and it was closed because I agreed to the resolution of the complaint but nothing has been done. complaint #[redacted]. I was notified by the subcontractor on June 17th asking for information and to call him so that a date could be set up to take care of the issues. I responded on the same day in an email and also called and left a message with possible dates for his company to come and resolve the problem. I still have not heard back. This has been one of the issues since we purchased our home 2 years ago. Below is the email that I copied from him and my response to him. [redacted] Jun 17 (5 days ago) to me Hi, My name is Chase. I work with Cavco, I am sending you this email, because I was told by the General Manager that you had some stuff that needed to be repaired at your home. Also check the foundation and set to make sure nothing structural is wrong. One of the items I have been told about is a Microwave, that your microwave is not working correctly. If you could call me so we can set up a date to get that fixed and figure out a way to take care of other stuff that you are having issues with, I will be able to help you ASAP. I will need some pictures of your microwave as well as measurements so that I can replace it with the same model, or something similar, depending on stock. My contact info is listed below. Thank you Chase S[redacted] AttachmentsJun 17 (5 days ago) to [redacted] Hi Chase, Thanks for responding. Wed., Thurs. or Friday would be good days for you to come. Call me as soon as possible to let me know when you can come. Thanks, [redacted] ###-###-#### A call back is only good business practice but to this day I still have not heard back from him. I do not want to get a call on the day they are planning to come because we are in and out all the time and we need to know so that someone will be home! ?I would like the issues with my home resolved and my microwave replaced soon not 5 months down the line.

I am aware of their issues and our only goal is to get them happy! I will schedule someone to go there in the next two weeks. We have had them on the schedule hoping to be in the area it just isn't happening.

We have very busy schedules and would have to take time off from work to paintit ourselves.

I am rejecting this response because:The paint wasn't messed up until the workers fixed the problem, which was under warranty. Once again the warranty work isnot being fulfilled.  The job takes a little more than 10 minutes. This could have been avoided if the contractor would havesent the paint with the workers the first time. He had the paint colors/numbers because he was the contractor that workedon the house from the beginning. The issue is not the money it's the principle. I am sure that you pay your contractor morethan $20.00.
