Review: On 7/1/2013 I placed an order for the Jameson Signature Rocks Glasses (set of 4) with The Bottle Mill as a gift and on 7/2/2013 received a confirmation email from [email protected] that (i) my order was placed and (ii) that my card was charged $63.00 for the purchase (the glasses plus shipping). On 7/9/2013, I was notified that my order had be delivered. I contacted the recipient and they indicated the package had not arrived. On 7/10/2013, I contacted The Bottle Mill to notify them that the package had not arrived. The man I spoke with asked that I wait to see if FedEx arrived with the package and to call back in 24 hours to confirm it had in fact never arrived. He indicated that FedEx insures delivery of their products and that it would be no problem to ship a replacement package with more secure delivery options. I respectfully agreed. I called back the next day and, when no one answered, left a voicemail with my contact information and referenced the issue I was calling about. The voicemail message also indicated that I should send an email to [email protected] for a faster response so I did that as well. Both my voicemail and email went unanswered. Since 7/11/2013, I have called The Bottle Mill 10 times, left repeated voicemail messages and sent numerous emails. To date, I have not received a response from The Bottle Mill nor has my card been credited for the purchase.Desired Settlement: I want to speak to a representative from The Bottle Mill to discuss a possible resolution to the situation. I would also like the Jameson Signature Rocks Glasses to be shipped to the billing address on file for the order.
