I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
My problem was not the loaner vehicle, but Gordie Boucher will not acknowledge that I am speaking of the actual payments of the lease for my car (not a rental). This has nothing to do with my insurance AT ALL. While Gordie Boucher drove my leased vehicle to racine and took their time fixing it (and it is still missing a part). I still payed the car payments on the lease. They did not offer to pay a payment due to this issue or anything. This has nothing to do with my insurance. But how horrible the service I receive getting my car repaired. If I followed my insurance, it would not have been at Gordie Boucher. And I might have received it in a week instead of a month with repairs that are not complete.

Dear Revdex.com/*** ***, We apologize for the experience *** had to deal withWe met her demands and we will continue to make sure she is satisfied with Boucher.Best Regards,Gordie Boucher Jr

Dear Revdex.com/Ms. [redacted],I do apologize for the longer than normal completion time on your vehicle. It was due to a back ordered part. But we do value you as our customer. I will have the General Manager call and will offer services at no charge.Thank you,Gordie Boucher Jr.

Dear Revdex.com, I am very sorry that I missed this complaint. I know with vehicle damage it takes a bit more time to complete the repair due to communicating with the insurance company and getting the parts. Ms. [redacted] should look to her insurance company on assistance with the loaner car coverage...

issue. Thank youGordie Boucher Jr.

[To assist us in bringing this [redacted]er to a close, we would like to know your view on the [redacted]er.]While that is an extremely factual response to my complaint, it doesn't explain how my left front tire ended up on my back rear tire which was the same tire that I came in with that was leaking.  Also, the simple fact is that your technician absolutely lied about patching my tire as we both agreed [redacted] that no visible patch was done.  I still have the pictures on my phone if you have forgotten or misplaced them.  [redacted] you had said that you would refund me the patch and that has never been done so you also lied to me.  This is not superior customer service, this is how you lose business.  This [redacted]er is not resolved until I at least get the refund of the patch job that was never done.  I think I am also entitled to the cost of one tire for the shenanigans I have had to put up with and my time, which is valuable, to resolve this situation. The first picture shows the tire in the original position on the left front with the visible chunk out of it that looks like a shark fin.  The second picture shows that now the tire is in the back rear passenger spot with a leak in it.  The third picture shows the left front tire again with no visible chunk in it, proving that the right rear is the one that used to be on the left front with a leak still in it.

Dear Mr. [redacted], The refund will go out today.

Dear Revdex.com, My Service Manager [redacted] has had communication with our customer. He states: We patched a left front tire and there was a sidewall puncture on the right rear tire. The guest was quoted two tire due to condition of the tires. The guest declined to have the two tires replaced. I...

was also in contact with guest and shows that the right rear tire with the unrepairable puncture that the guest declined is still leaking.

This place, Boucher in Racine asked one price for a car online...had another price posted on the window. When we went to see it..They were asking above blue book for the car..that the door locks didn't work..it had rust underneath, a few dings, and interior panels in the car that needed to be replaced..they got mad an indignant towards me when I asked them to lower the price..after making me wait for long enough I was ready to leave..they countered my offer by trying to charge me more than they were asking for the car originally....do they really think people are that bad at math?
Seriously...if this is how they are going to treat their customers and run a business
I can understand why the showroom was empty

I recently had my 2012 F-150 serviced at G.Boucher in Janesville and had a bad expereince. I was scheduled for 2pm on 5/1/14 for an oil change and rotation. I arrived early at 1:40pm, they didn't get to my truck until 2:50pm, and then I had problems when they finished. The oil change sticker was wrong - for another vehicle, nobody greated me at the truck to let me out of the garage - I had to find someone to open the door - and when I got home, the protective shield beneath the oil drain was hanging from the bottom of my truck. I called the service manager and was only able to leave a VM. I called the next day and [redacted] said he yelled at the technian who performed the work. That gives me little comfort in that they can't handle a simple oil change, what else can't they handle? I found out through trial and error that you need plyers to make the final turn to secure the shield, or it will fall off again - no instruction was provided by G.B. Service of Janesville. This is a small matter, but one that won't be forgotten. It will be very difficult to bring my vehvile back there for service, or even purchase a vehicle from G. Boucher again. Also, don't like the "filled in" review form they provided - they like themselves as everything was "positive", shouldn't that be my opinion?

Review: Where do I begin? When I purchased a car from this dealership it started with finance. The finance manager we dealt with was extremely unprofessional. We caught the extra $2,000 that was hidden on our contract and he had to print out a new contract with that amount removed, I'm assuming that was the finance manager’s commission because when he came back with a new contract he was slamming his computer mouse around and typing really hard.

After we left with the new car that had "a full tank of gas" we realized it had a warning for being almost empty, and the tires were low on air. They didn't even touch that car before selling it to me.

Then the biggest issue I'm having. The dealer I worked with told me my payments were through this random credit union and that I would receive a letter in the mail with my member number that I can use to log in and make payments. A month went by and I still hadn't received that letter. So after sending my first payment to this random credit union in hopes my payment wouldn't be late, I called the credit union asking why I hadn't received that letter. They told me I wasn't even in their system.

So I called Nissan asking where am I supposed to make my payments to, only for them to tell me that my payments were not to be made to that credit union, but to Nissan itself. So my money is floating around somewhere, I can no longer make the payment for the month. So I spoke with Nissan Finance and told them my situation and said because of the misinformation I need a due date change, they understood and said we will need you to get a revision request from the dealership. So I called the dealership and they said they would send one to get this fixed. I am not one day away from the original due date and Nissan has told me they cannot make this change. So in the past two weeks of trying to get this fixed, I've only gotten closer to the original due date with no change made. Now I will be facing a late fee and a late payment. I need a resolution.Desired Settlement: Because of the miscommunication from the dealer, I need my payment date moved back one month. I was prepared to make the first payment but because I was told to send it elsewhere, I am no longer able to make it on time or even within the 10 day grace period. I have talked to probably five different people now and it seems like no matter what I do or who I explain this to, my request is being ignored. This issue was caused by Nissan, not by me.

[redacted] the finance manager I've been dealing with is the best. Really takes the time to explain things instead of pushing you through the system. Joel the salesman, completely honest says he doesn't know if he doesn't but says will find out.. All you can ask! Excellent customer service throughout my process. Thank you!!

Noticed a 2010 Ford Explorer on AutoTrader and the dealership happened to be Boucher Chevrolet. The initial interaction with the sales guy was ok. I had reservations about purchasing a used vehicle without any 30 day grace period and he assured me that they would stand behind it. I also purchased an extended powertrain warranty for it. The night we went to test drive the vehicle and sign paperwork we noticed an oil drip under the vehicle. That should have been our first sign to run from it like the plague. The sales guy had the leak looked at and repaired. I drove the truck for nine days and the transmission went out. They fixed it under the warranty but wanted to charge me the $100 deductible. I told them I'm not paying the deductible because I haven't even had the truck for that long. Upper management decided to waive the deductible. They kept the truck for about 16 days before they could get it fixed. I did have a loaner but having to deal with everything in Waukesha and West Bend was a huge inconvenience. I got the vehicle back and drove it and discovered that when they fixed the transmission they never re-checked the alignment so the vehicle was pulling towards the center line. They said they would align it and I had to drive 85 miles down to Waukesha again to get it taken care of. I drove it another 4 days and discovered the transmission was dripping again and along with that I had a puddle of brake fluid under the vehicle. Turns out the brake module gave out. Boucher wanted to stick me with part of the cost and after a week of their managers not returning phone calls and arguing with upper management they agreed to repair it but only if they could replace it with a used part. Boucher Chevrolet is the epitome of slimy, used car sales people who refuse to work with customers to come to an amicable solution to the problem. They refuse to reverse the deal and now I'm stuck with a vehicle with a history of problems and a dealership who doesn't act in good faith. I would NEVER recommend buying a vehicle from these guys.
