Review: We purchased an INTERACTIVE birthday party for my son and my friend's daughter as their birthdays fall within days of each other. Given that there was to be about 22 girls and boys, we purposely chose the interactive party so there would be some structure within the chaos. We also chose it so that some parents could drop off their children and us parents that remained could relax a bit and converse while the children were engaged in activities with the staff. We were checked on only once by our hostess and when over an hour went by with no staff to play games with the children, as promised, I found our hostess to ask why. A few minutes later, a young man came in and did half an attempt at tug-o-war. He only got 3 kids involved and gave up. No other games or playing was done by staff. This staff member also told me that our hostess has been throwing up all day and he was taking over. Pretty upsetting since she was working with kids. I went to the manager and she said our previous hostess was just feeling ill because she had been playing with another party and got queasy. I asked for a discount due to their inability or unwillingness to provide what we paid for and was told she would have me speak with a manager on the phone. This never happened, the discount the manager at the time promised wasn't given and I was told I'd be contacted the next day. I had to call [redacted] as she did not call me the next day. She was non-apologetic and even had the gall to blame us for someone spilling over a garbage can in one of the rooms. This did NOT happen. She offered $50 rebate and to finally send the picture we were supposed to get at the time of the party. Given that we did NOT receive the promised "hassle-free" party and no interactive games by staff, and the photo we were supposed to receive, the $50 is not enough. The worst part of this was [redacted]'s (the owner) lack of ownership for allowing her employees to drop the ball at a party we paid almost $300 for with not one apology. Thank you.

I don't think $50 (which as of this writing we haven't received) is enough given what we did NOT receive. I believe we should have gotten at least half off WITH no blaming the customer and a sincere apology.

I am grateful for the Revdex.com. The owner of The Bounce Spot should be as well. The woman I had originally talked to about the poor quality of the service we received was NOT the owner as she had claimed to be. The real owner contacted me after she received the letter from the Revdex.com and was appalled at what had happened and how we were treated. The owner, [redacted], has offered to throw a birthday party for my younger son free of charge in July.

Good for [redacted]...this is how a business should resolve issues with their customers when they fail to provide what they should have.

Review: The bounce spots advertises all these wonderful party packages and they are not doing the things stated in the contract. You pay for a,b and c and you don't get any of those things. They are taking people's money and using false advertisement! I had two party hosts (one was in training) who kept disappearing...I paid for an interactive party....I had to go and ask the lady at the front desk where the hosts went and to please start some games. They then had the kids put their shoes on and line up to then be told the room was not ready for the party and to have the kids go bounce again. We went In the party room 10 mins later. The kids were all ready to eat but when we all got in there and settled the hosts were gone. I waited a few minutes but when they did not come back I severed the food. I paid 300.00 for there to be hosts so I could enjoy the party. Not work the party! The hosts came back and then once again left the room. The kids finished eating and again no hosts so I once again was left to have my son open the gifts. I did go and talk to the girl at the desk once again about what was going on. She had to go and find the two hosts. I am highly disappointed in the service I received and paid WAY to much money to run my own party.Desired Settlement: I want to speak to the owner who I have tried to reach 5 times by phone, email and Facebook. I would also like my money back
