Poor communication, delayed delivery, horrible condition
This was my first time ordering from Bouqs, and it was for my wife to celebrate the birth of our child. I scheduled the delivery well ahead of time to surprise her on the big day...but then nothing arrived. When I checked the package location, it was across the country from where we live. I spoke with customer support and shared all of our context/details, but they weren't very helpful: they'd fully discount my next order but wouldn't provide a refund for the delayed -- and likely wilted -- order of flowers. We finally received the original flower order 4 days later in a totally smashed up box. Next time, I'll use another online service and/or a local florist...I would sincerely suggest you look elsewhere, as well.

I cannot, in good conscience, recommend The Bouqs for flower deliveryI have placed orders with Bouqs over the past yearsout of were delivered lateof those late deliveries arrived damaged If you want to send flowers for an important anniversary, birthday, or milestone, you should order them from somewhere else

The Bouqs Company does not answer e-mails promptly and has no telephone number to contact them I wrote to them over two days ago about a promotion and have received no response from them; this though they say on their website that they monitor their e-mail 24/and will answer in a few hours! Very disrespectful!

The arrangement of sunflowers and gourds lasted only about days although I did exactly as instructed, including cutting & changing water every other dayIt was a gift & Imthinkit was way overpriced ($for flowers + a couple of gourd stems.) very disappointing & I don't even want to save it to show them at Thanksgiving--they have been bad for at least days

I cannot, in good conscience, recommend The Bouqs for flower delivery. I have placed 5 orders with Bouqs over the past 3 years. 3 out of 5 were delivered late. 1 of those late deliveries arrived damaged.

If you want to send flowers for an important anniversary, birthday, or milestone, you should order them from somewhere else.

My husband sat over my shoulder watching me find flowers for my mothers birthday, which happens to be a few days before Valentines Day. My sister recommend Bouqs, and after being sucked in by the amazing photos (as well as instagram photos, which you can pay for, FYI) and clever Youtube video I went in on some flowers for Mom. My husband ended up ordering some for me for Valentine's because I admired some bouquets just too much (the photos are really amazing, just TOO amazing). Well, my box arrived on time but when opening several heads of the roses fell off because they were cut incorrectly. Stems and heads were bent and damaged with no way to repair. At least half a dozen went into the trash right away. I followed the directions of cutting, feeding and placing in water. Several died the next day, and the overall bouquet failed. I bit my nails till my mothers flowers arrived a few days later. When she called to "thank" me she asked "Did you do this yourself?"-- as in "Is this a DIY project you found online?" -- because it was just that bad. She didn't even place them in the living room or dining room. They are in her bathroom, and not even the entire lot of them because like mine she had to weed out all the bad flowers. My husband actually contacted customer service to address the issue and he did as they directed (send us photos), but nothing transpired from that.

TL;DR: The Bouqs is not that much better than 1-800-Flowers. They just know how to dress the façade of their company in Gucci.
