We responded earlier to the complaintThere is not much we can add other then if you are comparing current products to dinnerware products that were made 10-years ago there may have been some subtle changes in design by the manufacturer and may not exactly match your existing dinnerwareWe sell only first quality, direct from manufacturer itemsIf you do not want the item, we have provided you with the return procedure, however all returns do have a deduction for our actual shipping and handling costsFrom the photos provided, the mugs looked first quality and free of any issuesItems that we ship go through a barcode scan process and with very rare exceptions are incorrect

Customer received 3 mugs. All items we sell are first rate direct from manufacturer. Customer wanted to return mugs. Our policy is clear....

Customer pays return shipping and there is a $20 return fee to cover our costs of shipping the item to her. She can certainly return them per our policy. The item had no damage or flaws. They did not match her existing dinnerware, which is not our fault. She can return them to The Bowl Company, [redacted]. They are a discontinued product and no replacement can be received for them so please insure the return for the value of the item. She has been furnished with this information several times.

 The Bowl Company has terrible unethical customer service. The Bowl Company are full of excuses.  The Bowl Company cannot stand up to admit the large noticeably difference in quality and Bowl Company's altered products they represent. I wil be sure to remember and pass this on to othe consumers like myself.  Thank you Revdex.com for all the assistance in trying to help The Bowl Company come to some sort of resolution, which was not acceptable by all means. Thank You Revdex.com so much.

Review: My order [redacted] was placed in 09/**/2014 and the company charged me for the full order, but failed to send all the items in the order. Four Wedgwood Cuckoo tea cups & saucers totaling $159 , approximately $39 a piece, were charged to my credit card in 09/ 2014 and have failed to be delivered. I have repeatedly had email correspondence with the company that keeps giving me future dates for shipment, but when they did have them in stock they failed to send them. At this latest date 1 / **/ 2015, I had asked customer service to send me the merchandise or issue me a full refund. They have been non compliant and unhelpful to resolve the matter since it is obvious that it is their intent to keep my money while rendering no merchandise.Desired Settlement: Please make them deliver 4 Wedgwood Cuckoo tea cups & saucers or give me a full refund.

Review: Vietri Christmas ornaments purchased Dec * on line - total of $75.00

No order verification received via email.

Called week of Dec [redacted], employee indicated they only communicate via email with regard to order tracking - he had no information available

Received an email form the Bowl Co (from an IP address [redacted]) on [redacted] stating they would respond within one business day. Have heard nothing from them. Called several times - recordings saying they're busy helping other customers or it's "after hours."

Emailed them on Dec ** to respond with shipping information or issue a refund and that I would be revoking credit card authorization.

Contacted my bank today to revoke authorization.Desired Settlement: Refund if my attempt to revoke authorization fails for some reason

Review: Order#: [redacted] -Ordered 3 items on 7/*/14. At time of purchase website advertised typical shipping within 5 buisiness days.

-After order placed received estimated shipping date of 7/**.

-Followed up twice before being informed that still awaiting 1 item and that it would be at least 30 days. Two out of 3 items shipped on 7/** (only after follow-up), and those 2 items were received on 7/**.

-Followed up on remaining item on 8/** and given same notice of at least 30 days delivery

-Followed up today 9/* and informed order not expected until mid-Nov; I cancelled order and was told refund should be credited at least 3 business daysDesired Settlement: -Refund on my card within 3 buisness days

-Public notification of poor service of this company by filing official complaint

-Company to consider following policy change A. notification of estimated delivery date; current "at least 30 days" notification is non-specific and can be misleading B. not charging credit card for products with prolonged delivery until item shipped (in my case date of purchase of July *, 2014 to estimated delivery of mid November, 2014 is a long time to have purchased a product and not received it)
