I was originally told the shipment of my ball to them was free, but upon cancelling my order before they drilled the new ball, they told me that they are tacking on a shipping charge for the shipment of my ballI was never notified of this charge when I placed the order via telephone with their representativeThere is nowhere in their policies online that state that I am responsible for these charges
