The Bradshaw Apartments Reviews (%countItem)

First of all, it's pretty evident once you price compare the cost of rent here is much higher than the market value of the apartment homes available. When I moved in, I was told that every apartment had a dishwasher and that my apartment was upgraded; I definitely don't have a dishwasher and my kitchen looks like it was last updated in the 90's. The only "update" evident in my unit is the buckled, damaged fake wood flooring. I have asked for these issues to be remedied, to no avail (I'm paying for an upgraded unit after all...) To make matters worse, the grounds are always disgusting (there's so much dog poop around the pool that you can smell it when the wind blows) and dire things take ages to fix (took three months for them to fix the stairs in building 3, after numerous residents were injured on them. Took over a week to clean up the sewage in building 3 after a pipe burst). Plus, every time McKinley high has an event, or band practice at 8am, you can hear it loud and clear. The only positive about living here is the proximity to campus....

I was very high on Tiger Manor and its staff for the first year of my residency here but unfortunately their greed and true colors have bled through.

Maintenance requests are often marked resolved after nothing having been done with them and no contact to the reporter. There has been a wasps nest in my exterior light fixture for a week. I reported it as soon as I noticed wasps all over my front door. The next day or two, the maintenance request was marked resolved. My light fixture still clear-as-day as a wasps nest in it and there are still wasps all over my door.

The pedestrian gate door by building two does not close all the way and is not secure whatsoever. I have reported this as well, and I use this gate nearly daily--at least 4 days a week--and I use it twice a day.

Lastly, and perhaps most concerning, is that the property--building three especially--is very dark. There are pitch-black corners, hallways, and stairways. I have made these things perfectly evident not only through the Resident app that the property features, but even through emails to the Tiger Manor staff. Whoever the property manager is does not sign their emails, so I don't know who the property manager is, but I imagine because she does not want her name behind her work. Nonetheless, she has been notified by me directly of these things and her response is that they are working on it. My feeling is that they have been "working" on the lighting issue since I moved in eleven months ago. She has also claimed that they are short-staffed, but I don't see that as an excuse for the safety of their residents to be put in jeopardy based on everything above.

Tiger Manor could be a much better property if it were managed by either a different parent company/service or if it at the very least had a makeover of its staff. The leasing office is not good at all at making contact with its residents or even potential residents (which is quite the business practice).
