Hi [redacted] , I wanted to file a response from the complaint we received from Mr [redacted] On Sunday, January 28, Mr [redacted] *ontacted our on call answering service and stated his refridge was not cooling, and our maintenance supervisor Enrique Gonzalez went to his apartment about minutes after call was received, and when he got there Mr [redacted] was very upset and started cursing at the maintenance from the time he arrivedMaintenance kept informing Mr [redacted] that he was there to take care of the refridge and Mr [redacted] just yelled and continued cursingMy maintenance still continued to do his job and work on the refridge and then discovered that too many items were blocking the back of the freezer and causing it to not coolwhen our maintenance informed Mr [redacted] of the findings, Mr [redacted] started cursing and calling my maintenance incompetent and did not want him in his unit anymoreOn, Monday January my maintenance did a follow up and asked if he can please look at his refridge again to make sure it was working again, but brought another maintenance tech with him Richard SanchezFridge seem to be working on Monday, January 29, so our maintenance leftOn Wednesday, January Mr [redacted] *alled our office again stating it was not cooling again, so I went ahead and just approved for our maintenance to install a brand new upgraded one and because his previous appliances were all white, and the new refridge was black, I went ahead out of courtesy and gave him a new black refidge and black stoveMr [redacted] informed me that he lost food because of the refridge not working properlyI did inform him that if he can please bring me any receipts and I would try and get an approval from my supervisor and see what compensation can be givenAfter receiving and reviewing all his receipts he was demanding $worth of lost food, but all receipts were dated back from October My supervisor tried to give him a courtesy $compensation, but Mr [redacted] would not acceptAs far as all other work orders in his unit we have completed everything and I tried numerous times to clean his ac ducks, but twice when we made an attempt to go in his unit, no one answered the door and his dead bolt lock was on, so we could not gain accessI do have proof from the ac company on the attempts they tried makingNever once did they go to the wrong unitEvery work order that Mr [redacted] made, was completed and a follow up call was even made to clarify work was completedMr [redacted] even through a mailbox key at my maintenance guys face and was upset because he did not speak English and called him very ugly names and made racist remarksI tried to talk with Mr [redacted] , but he refused to speak with meWe have done everything to help Mr [redacted] and even offered him a compensation for his lost food, but he refusedIf you have any further questions regarding this or need us to provide any proof of all repairs made, I can definitely give that to youThank you again and have a great evening:) [redacted] | Property ManagerThe Branch at Medical [redacted] **San Antonio, TX 78240***-***- [redacted] *office)***-***- (fax) [redacted] @p [redacted] .comwww[redacted] com________________________________________

30 minutes after call was received, and when he got there Mr[redacted] was very upset and started cursing at the maintenance from the time he arrived. Maintenance kept informing Mr[redacted] that he was there to take care of the refridge and Mr[redacted] just yelled and continued cursing. My supervisor tried to give him a courtesy $150.00 compensation, but Mr[redacted] would not accept. As far as all other work orders in his unit we have completed everything and I tried numerous times to clean his ac ducks, but twice when we made an attempt to go in his unit, no one answered the door and his dead bolt lock was on, so we could not gain access. I do have proof from the ac company on the attempts they tried making. Never once did they go to the wrong unit. Every work order that Mr[redacted] made, was completed and a follow up call was even made to clarify work was completed. Mr[redacted] even through a mailbox key at my maintenance guys face and was upset because he did not speak English and called him very ugly names and made racist remarks.
