On 5/31/2015 the buyer demanded a refund from our customer service citing dissatisfaction with the product.
Customer service for the Breakup Doctor deemed the request did NOT meet the terms of agreement for refund due to the fact that it is not an unconditional guarantee.
The buyer took up resolution with [redacted] in case #PP-XXX-XXX-XXX-XXX
It was escalated to a dispute on our end.
The dispute was settled in our favor showing that the buyer's complaint not only did not qualify under our terms of agreement, but also those set by [redacted]
Since the digital product was delivered immediately in working condition to the buyer and the buyer's call for a refund did not meet our terms, nor the customer protection of [redacted] it is not in our company's interest to honor her further escalation.
