Review: We moved to the above address the 21st of Aug and got the phone at this time. Shortly after we started getting phones calls from the breast cancer society asking for [redacted]. Told them that there was no [redacted] at the location. The calls kept coming, at all hours of the day. Repeatedly asked them to stop calling this number and we are not sure exactly but at least 15-20 times, to the point that it felt like you are harassed and had no power to.

Desired Settlement: Just to be taking off their phone list and a change in the company's policy to listen when someone tells them that a certain person is not at that number anymore.

I received your letter dated June 26, 2014. I clearly understood your letter and is very pleased that my home will not be called again by your organization.

I sincerely wish to completely terminate my legal actions against your organization and [redacted]. My wish can come true with both organizations accepting responsibilities for the damages caused by my receiving the proven unlawful telemarketing calls. I was forced by both organizations to spend professional time, material expenses and suffer mental aggression because of the proven unlawful telemarketing.

I will sign a written agreement which would promise never to be called for telemarketing solicitations and pay damages of $2,500.00/Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars. I request this settlement be accept by and not after July 15, 2014. I do believe its time to end this entire matter and all parties are allowed to go about with their businesses.

I will assure all parties that any future actions taken by myself or the campaign will always be legal actions under the laws of our United states of America. We will always observe the legal rights of all persons and parties.
