[redacted] listed a property specific price . We placed a bid on the property which was accepted by the owners. This would be a cash sale transaction and no financing needed on our part Our bid was submitted to the bank which in turn came back with a counter offer $13, 000 more then the advertised asking price. I am very concerned over the fact that this apparently was not thoroughly researched by the agent involved with this property. This apparent deception and lack of competency by this company has caused stress and some financial difficulty and I would be extremely hesitant and cautious when even considering doing business with them.
