- The purchase from THE BRICK took about to visits to plan the furniture and two visits to closeAt no point there was any discussion or explanation about any payment protection plan
- The Salesman took leave from us in an effort to distract, and every time appeared with a different set of documentsThe salesman walked away several times during closing
- Salesman was adamant on insisting to apply for a higher credit limit, when I insisted on just 4K or 5K, salesman insisted on 8K
- There is no evidence of my signature for being explained about payment protection planIf there is one, I was not provided a copyThere is a clause appears in the document wherein the final amount is indicatedThe last line indicates that the customer was explained about the PPP,
No copy of that signed documents was provided to me as a bunch of document meant for the customer
- No statement received except for October and November
- I have until now paid $X 10= $3500.00, which demonstrates my payment ability and no reason for me to apply for a "payment protection"The rest of the amount would have been paid anyways in Dec and Jan My payments started in February 2015, although no payments expected for a year
In view of the above, I would request THE BRICK for a full credit and or a better resolution acceptable to meYour payments are already almost done before the due date

There has been no comments on my statements regarding the method THE BRICK is doing business with a non-suspecting customerThere has been no comments from BRICK regarding thisFurther more there is clause on the invoice which says that THE BRICK has explained the plan to meTalking about signatures, there is no signature on this document
Please reopen the case and ask THE BRICK for a signature on the document mentioned
Further, I would like to know the name of the bank which is a provided of credit card services to the BRICK

Thank-you for waiving off the fee. But, on May 31, 2016 I paid this fee along with remaining balance on my card as I was told to pay in full until my matter gets resolved to avoid get slammed with any additional fees that might get levied on my card again as of June 1, 2016. My questions is since this fee has been waived off , how do I secure my refund of CAD 49.31/- which has already been charged to my debit card thru which I made a payment?

When I called to follow up because I did not hear anything back the first time the agent took my information and told me they would get back to me. They did not. The service from the Brick has been unacceptable starting with the in my opinion under educated salesman. The place was busy and he had difficulties getting support from anyone he asked for help. We were unfairly pushed through the paperwork.
I paid the $10,000 off within the 18 months as advertised!!
Unbelievable I would have to cancel something I didn't even know I was signing for. That is not on the poster strangly enough...
