Initially when this customer complained he told me there were no marks on any of the rims that he brought in,when I pointed out the small scratch he said oh that one was there before but that we were responsible for the other mark on the other
rimAs I told him the tires come off from the back side of the rim the mark curves down to the inside on the front side of the rim witch would be impossible to do on our machine considering only the back side of the rim faces upHe was not charged for the mounting and balancing of his tires witch should be more then enough to buff out the scratches on his rim that he claims was done by us

The gentleman most certainly did not point out a small mark on the rimI was the one to point it out because I was being honest with the manThis small mark that is there wouldn't even of been seen if it wasn't for the fact that I pointed it outI am not contesting the small mark made in shipping but rather the large scratch that is now on my rim after the installation of the tires
It has come to my understanding that the tire changer in this shop is not the proper tire changer for my style of rimsThe machine required is available and in many shops, it is a style of machine required so that it doesn't touch the rim when doing tiresThe fact that this shop says they turn the rim over to change the tires is actually wrong and not proper, chances are it's a way they do it to prevent damaging rims but unfortunately in my case my rims were damage
If the owner believes that $*.** a rim, totally $**.** is enough to repair both scratches I will be more than happy to pay for the tire install if they pay for the repair of my rims

I Truly believe that this shop just made a mistake and that the employees out back are not being straight with the owner/manager and telling him the truth that they did damage the rimsAll I am asking is that the owner can look at it this way; that maybe his employees are not telling him what they did cause they believe they will get in troubleI can assure you that I am not the type of person to bring rims into a shop damaged and blame it on the people doing the workThe fact is I'm sorry to say that my rims were damage in this shop and I just want them to be fixed and move on from this
