Brickman is a poor excuse for a Landscape Company. They do not arrive when they are supposed to or asked to, they will miss various sections of the lawn when they cut the grass, and anything other than basic landscaping they are looking to rip you off Big Time!!.
If you want a tree pruned, cut down, etc, they will come up with the most outrageous estimates in the hope that you will just authorize it.
Absolutely, Positively NEVER, EVER, EVER use them for Snow removal services. They will create invoices that are 100% false and Fradulent!! Again hoping that someone at the location will not take the time to verify the Ridiculous Charges!! they have attempted to charge for enough Salt that would do 3 miles of 4 lanes worth of Interstate 95 On a parking Lot that holds 40 spaces!!!! Again they are hoping that it will not be discovered, and since it is the middle of the winter, you can not get anyone else to provide this service. They have Put charges on snow invoices for the use of heavy equipment to remove snow for over $1500.00 and it only snowed 1" that day.
They are the absolute Worst company to deal with and will also make sure that any crew they send out to you, will not have anyone there that can answer any questions for you. They only care to get you to sign a contract and however they can rip you off, that is their number one goal. They do not care about you as a customer, they have NO customer service, as they expect to lose customers every year, and fill them with other people/companies that have not used them previously or are aware of their fraudulent Billing policies. NEVER, EVER EVER AGAIN, SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF TIME AND AGGRAVATION, PAY ANYONE ELSE, BUT DON'T USE BRICKMAN!!!

Review: IM [redacted], BOARD PRESIDENT OF THE HOME OWNER ASSOCIATION FOR MY SECTION,([redacted]) I HAVE A LANDSCAPE CONTRACT WITH BRICKMAN, THAT STIPULATES 2 LEAF REMOVAL AT 410.00 DOLLARS A SECESSION. THE SERVICE WAS PRE PAID FOR AND NEVER PERFORMED.Desired Settlement: RETURN OF MONEY FOR LEAL REMOVAL SERVICE THAT WAS NEVER PERFORMED.

Review: For years I've been keeping Brickman off our property. Every Wedbesday after they were through cutting, eging and trimming the lawns on my block they would blow all of the collected lawn clippings onto my yard. So, I thought if I was spending a hour cleaning up after them why not spend two more hours and do the lawn myself. Flash forward, I spoke with [redacted] the supervisor thinking to ask him to instruct his crews to edge and trim my property only I would cut the grass. This would save me time and after all I still was paying for their service, [redacted] said he would.

The next day I spent over an hour cleaning up all the leaves, cigarette butts, grass and mulch that his blowers had been collecting coming up our block on Chapel Hill Ln. The crew once again used my property to blow all that garbage they collected onto my yard. To add insult to injury they didn't even edge or trim as asked. I called [redacted] and told him if he doesn't what to edge and trim our property to send me an email saying so. And if his crew continues to vandalize my yard with garbage, I'll get an attorney and file a vandalism report and get a restraining order on them.

Below is a copy of Brickmans email to me:

Please accept this as formal notice that The Brickman Group will no longer service your property nor have we provided lawn maintenance service for your front and/or backyard since you requested us to discontinue this service in 2013. This decision is based upon the verbal threats issued during a phone call initiated by you to [redacted], a Brickman team member, on Thursday, April 17th, 2014, at approximately 9:15 am and your improper expression of your dissatisfaction.

I did call [redacted] thinking Brickman might be interested in why I was so upset. [redacted] stated she was not interested in anything I had to say, that the email was self explanatory.Desired Settlement: After paying this company for years and then for [redacted] to say she wasn't interested in anything I had to say, is not only bad business but an insult. I continued to pay my HOA due's which includes lawn service over the years, because I made the choice to stop their service. Once their supervisor said that he would do the work but then had his office send me an email saying they wouldn't, then I think some kind of service for my money, is in order. I suggested to the HOA that as long as Brickman took the time to clean up around my property, I would be OK with that; but I never got that far with [redacted], at best she was unprofessional and rude.
