We appreciate all feedback from our customersOur goal at The Bridal Boutique is to assist brides the best we can to find their dream wedding dressIn this case, the bride-purchased a dress off the rack since her wedding day was very soonIn addition, she chose to alter the dress in a major way (change the original design to something completely different) which we were happy to oblige During her next fitting, she was not content with the changes to the original designIn an effort to make her happy we suggested she choose something else off the rack and we would gladly deduct the cost of the first dress and the alteration fee from her next purchaseThe second dress was retailed for $for which we only charged her $ We understood she was not pleased with our seamstress, and it is always the customer's prerogative to choose to go elsewhere for alteration servicesPricing will vary from business to business and our seamstress determines what she wishes to charge for her services In the short amount of time we worked with this customer we feel we provided the product and service for which she came in forIt is our philosophy to ensure that our customers are absolutely sure of the choices they make at our shop since it is clearly stated on our sales order agreement, receipt, website, and checkout counter that "all sales are final." During her next fitting, she was not content with the changes to the original design. In an effort to make her happy we suggested she choose something else off the rack and we would gladly deduct the cost of the first dress and the alteration fee from her next purchase. The second dress was retailed for $895 for which we only charged her $500.
We understood she was not pleased with our seamstress, and it is always the customer's prerogative to choose to go elsewhere for alteration services. Pricing will vary from business to business and our seamstress determines what she wishes to charge for her services.
In the short amount of time we worked with this customer we feel we provided the product and service for which she came in for.
