*** come at my salon put her *** and like I told to everyone of my customer, after I put the *** you have to go to a hairdresser to cut and style themSpecially when you have a bob cutI told her that I can suggest her
a hairdresser for the after cut and she said her hair dresser is capable of cutting ***When she left here you could not see any beadAfter she cut the *** she said she do not like the way it's looked and she send me message telling me thatI said I do not have control on what cut your hairdresser did as a cut and she said that you can see the bead and I told her to come and will have a look on the bead and we can adjust the beadsShe said no she prefer to removed themI did not have to answer her right away because I was busy all days with clientShe has my phone number on my web site and she did not call me if it was so urgentShe ask her *** to removed it bevause she did not like the way it's look after her hairdresser cut itIf she goes at *** and she buy pack of her *** *** and she go to her hair dresser to cut it and style it and she don't like the way it's look did *** will refund her??? *** No....the problem was not the ***, it was the way her hair dresser cut it and style itShe refused to come see me to look at the bead because she already had in her mind that she does not like the way it lookedWell that is not my fault because I did the exact same job to her than all my other client and the picture on my site are most of them result after the cutIf she has question regarding refund policy as a customer it's her responsability to ask this question before she paid for the serviceAnd even with refund policy, the problem was not the *** like I said, it was because *** did not like the way they look after she got them cut by her hair dresser and no I DO NOT AND WILL NOT OFFER 0$$$ REFUNDShe has the *** on her hair and took me hours to put them and she get them cut and decide to removed them by her *** and she even did not send me a picture after the cut and for the bead I told her to come and I will look them and she said no so I do not offer her any refund

I was not satisfied with the product or the end result and it had nothing to do with the cutIt had everything to do with the placement of the ***sIt was poorly done and obviously there was no customer serviceEven when I requested to have them removed she did not respond***

If it was the placement of the ***, why you did not tell that when you were here? When she left from here She never Saïd that she did not like the placement of the *** and the *** was place the exact same way all the multiple customer I doWith the same method and tool so it was the sameThe customer complaints only after she had them cut and she did not like the end result But the end result is the cut In the ***.Also when I ask to come and I will see the beads and the placement she Saïd she want to remove them, she already made out her idea to remove them after her hairdresser did the cutWhen she left from here she never complaints about the placement of the ***When I am busy with client I don t answer my messages and ALSO my phone number is on my page, so if it was so urgent , why she did not just pickup the phone and call me? ***
