car at The Brigham and Women's Hospital garage from April 13, 2017 through May 3, 2017. As Mr. [redacted] describes, his vehicle sustained damage as a result of lime sediment deposited by rain storms during this period. The hospital has begun remedy this complaint. The complainant will receive a refund of his parking fees and we are working with the complainant to get an estimate or paid bill to ensure he does not have any out of pocket expense for the lime deposit damage to the vehicle.
