Dear SirWhen you signed up with us it was explained that we will handle everything for you once you have an opportunity that you want to follow We have a proprietary database that we gave you full access to which each day updates with opportunities We have shown you how to use this database, it is very simple you put in the "keyword" for the type of opportunity you are looking for and then you click on that when you see one you are interested in then read the full scope of work and if it is something you want to pursue you will call your rep We can not find opportunities that are the best fit for your firm because only you know your capabilities We would be spinning our wheels doing so for every client Again, we only ask you look in this database as well as any other we have recommended to you, i.e.; ***.GOV, [redacted] .COM, [redacted] .COM, ETC There are a tremendous amount of opportunities in your line of expertise again, all we ask of you is that you direct us to the ones you are interested in!I can not imagine that you would think there is any way possible for us to know exactly the type of work you are 100% able to accommodate We deal with thousands of clients each is slightly different in so far as capabilities, although you may be in the same business again, each is slightly different, therefore, it is impossible for us to find these opportunities for you This is precisely why we give you access to our database as well as others and ask you only to seek the jobs you want to pursue.Yes you paid us $5,this is for the State Registrations which were completed, the VA Registration, SAM Registration, [redacted] , *** and *** We completed all of these for you which is necessary to take on any work Then we gave you access to our software to show you the work, then we gave you access to our GOV PREP TEAM, which is your go to for these type of questions, concerns It is my opinion that you simply wanted to ask for either your money back or had unrealistic expectations of us Lead us to your core competency and we do the rest.I have attached a copy of the agreement you signed, it is VERY CLEAR as to our services We have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND with our services.Nea C [redacted] Director

You are willfully ignoring my main pointAnd it is ironic because I believe you are one of the people I spoke to personally about my issuesI did use those databases to locate opportunitiesMy point is I could NEVER get through to my rep/team agent when I found an opportunityThey'd say "ok we'll keep an eye on this one" then when it comes due there's no one availableI had been through TWO reps when I spoke to youChris -no longer with the company, Rob -reassigned to other accounts, David -out of office due to personal reasons etcetc.I even asked one of them why he never responded to my calls and emails and he literally said "I honestly don't have any excuse for that and I apologize"It is easy to say you provide work for hundreds of companies and yet never are available to assist the one in front of youI was always switched to a new agent because of lack of communicationSince you have all the answers tell me how you helped me do anything when everyone always disappeared when it was time to write a bid? You know for a fact the issue at hand because I spoke to you about itWhat value does any of the registrations, databases and the contract itself have if no one returns my calls or contacts me? If I never called to complain, you all would just let the time pass and do nothing and that's unacceptableI'm sure your company has done this before and I'm sure I can find other small businesses that have similar complaints about your company's practices

Dear [redacted] :We are in receipt of the complaint from [redacted] , and have quite a few issues with his statements One is that this client signed up for to be registered to do business as a vendor with the State of Georgia as well as FEMA and the VA We complted all of these registrations and he has received his credentials for same We additionally, gave him full weeks of training on how to enter into this market and start adding on his Government Department We have had constant contact with this client making various recommendations and gave him access to our data base so he could look at orders that are available within his line of expertise I called [redacted] today to discuss this complaint because I felt it was a little odd what he was claiming, [redacted] communicated to me that he is very busy at his lab and did not realize he would have to do anything at all I then asked [redacted] "If he had a new client how would he have thought he could maintain this new client if he is so overwhelmed with the work he is doing? I offered to provide to this client another months free of an Assistant as Provided by our firm to help him get ahead of this endeavor.Taking on Government Contracts is always very appealing to businesses especially small businesses but it is alot of work this is precisely why we offer the service of a liason at our firm to handle everything for you but unfortunately this person too must be paid so we charge $per month for this service For most this is extremely reasonable but again, is not for everyone.I have spoken with [redacted] and I believe he wishes to retract his complaint Please let me know if there is anything additional I need to handle regarding this.Megan C [redacted] The Bristol and Chesterfield Group Client Support***@bristolcgroup.com

Dear Sir or Madam:I have attached a copy of the agreement which was signed by this client Our agreement is to get your firm registered and properly set up to be able to take on work with the Government We do all the registrations and give you access to the proper Government Sites to be able to see the opportunities available, it is up to the client themselves to capture the opportunities and take on the ones that best suit their business objectives We in no way can decipher which orders are applicable each time for every client Typically, businesses have specific core competencies so only they would be able to reach out for work that is applicable to them I do not understand how we would ever be able to do what [redacted] is suggesting it does not even seem logical? Dear Revdex.comThe information provided by this client is partly true *** *** did contract with us for 5,000, this fee is for years of a representative to find opportunities for him and write the bids correlated In addition, we completed all registrations, certifications and paperwork as
required to attain these contracts It is not an overnight process We are assisting the client as our agreement states, *** *** needs to work with us *** *** simply after less than a month wanted to cancel, this after we put forth allot of work We spoke to *** *** several times and in fact credited his account 2, We never charged him 10, The fee was 5,and we issued the credit for 1/due to *** ***'s confusion.We have all documentation which we can provide.Nea C***

I had a very positive experience with this company I dealt with Nea C*** she and her group were very professional and got me up and running in short order She asked me to take a few minutes and show my appreciation for their hard work

I am rejecting this response because:This company is a FRAUDULENT company. They are calling pharmacies and making all these verbal promises to attract them. Then they tell you to sign this agreement with them stating that the increase in business is back by a 100% guarantee. They even go as far as pointing out to me that there's a clause in the agreement that if I don't get my increase in business, I will get a refund after years, but he assured me that this is not the case and that I will get 100% of my money back after weeks. They don't even pick up the phone or return your calls now. All I have is useless numbers and no business increase whatsoever. Now, I'm even getting solicited every day . This company is a THIEF and a CON ARTIST. They should be shut down by the government for conning people.I want my complaint to be known to all pharmacies out there so that they would not fall victim to this fraud

My point is I could NEVER get through to my rep/team agent when I found an opportunity. They'd say "ok we'll keep an eye on this one" then when it comes due there's no one available. I had been through TWO reps when I spoke to you. Chris -no longer with the company, Rob -reassigned to other accounts, David -out of office due to personal reasons etc. etc.I even asked one of them why he never responded to my 13 calls and 11 emails and he literally said "I honestly don't have any excuse for that and I apologize". It is easy to say you provide work for hundreds of companies and yet never are available to assist the one in front of you. I was always switched to a new agent because of lack of communication. Since you have all the answers tell me how you helped me do anything when everyone always disappeared when it was time to write a bid? You know for a fact the issue at hand because I spoke to you about it. What value does any of the registrations, databases and the contract itself have if no one returns my calls or contacts me? If I never called to complain, you all would just let the time pass and do nothing and that's unacceptable. I'm sure your company has done this before and I'm sure I can find other small businesses that have similar complaints about your company's practices
