top table at brunch on 11/27/at Lake Terrace wanted to split total check that included gratuity ways which the waitress appeared so confused on the request but after minutes of explaining to her what to do, she got itAbout minutes later she came back to tell us she could only do swipes (which we only wanted it on cards) and when going back to swipe the last card she came back and said the first transaction was lost, though it was pending on all of our cards including some with debit cardsWhen we tried to explain what should have happened, she appeared really confused so we decided to get manager involved, it had been minutes since we gave her our credit cards[redacted] manager took about minutes to get to our table, and was short and somewhat rude about the situationShe did apologize for the inconvenience but almost one hour to close out your ticket is ridiculousI don't know how AAA rates the Hotels, but our experience at brunch this morning was NOT a five star one The food was good, but the service, though friendly, was sloppy and slow during our brunchAnd then the whole checking out was pure embarrassment by the Lakeside staffTHIS WAS NOT A FIVE STAR DINING EXPERIENCE

My girlfriends and I had dinner at the Summit at the Broadmoor in September Once our bank statements updated with these charges, we noticed that we were charged the correct amount (the amount we authorized and signed for) and that amount was credited back to us Another amount was posted to our accounts for more than was signed for when we paid our bill the night we ate at the restaurantAll of us called and complained We were told that our bill was updated with the martini that was left off of our bill We all explained that nobody at our table had a martini The manager at the restaurant explained that bills were left open for a time in order to add any drinks that might have been ordered at the bar later I think this is a shady practice and would never go back for fear of charges being added to my bill after closing out with the restaurant We did get the difference refunded, bu tthe restaurant indicated this practice would continue
