I called the business because I had a copper gutter to downspout that had come disconnected and I had another downspout that was clogged. I explained to the salesman what I needed done and he stated that they would not come out for less than *** He added an extra *** fee to repair the broken connection properly and we discussed that they needed to bring a copper cup in case mine was missing.The service was to include a full cleaning and inspection to include before and after photos. They were scheduled to come on Monday but called late to reschedule for Tuesday because they were running behind. On Tuesday I had to call them after they failed to show up during there 3 hour window. They now said that they would come Wednesday. Wednesday they came and my brother was here as I was at work. I got a call from him and it did not sound like work was complete. I called the technician who told me that there had been a handyman special done on the gutter/downspout connection and that he had fixed it the same way with dissimilar metals but that it would eventually fail again. When I asked about the *** fee to fixed it properly he looked it up and said that he would remove the charge. I then asked about the downspout. He stated that everything was clean. I told him I knew it was clogged. They went back and checked and verified that it was clogged but were unwilling to repair it as that was not included according to him. On Thursday, I was told that the owner was coming out on Friday by the office manager. Later I got a call from someone else who wanted to know what I wanted and I told him that I wanted the work to be completed that I paid for. The owner never showed up. I called and was eventually told that they would not come out to do any more and that they were going to keep the *** deposit and would not ask for the remaining *** I told then that I did not feel that they had done enough to warrant the *** stated that he would talk with the owner and I never heard back from anyone.

Refund Since they did not properly fix the gutter/downspout connection (only performing a handyman special by their own admission) and refused to unclog the other downspout, I don't feel that they fulfilled any of the work that I requested. I would like the $175 refunded to me. The supposed cleaning and inspection that I never received photos from was simply a guise to get additional work as the technician told me that my gutters were beyond their intended life.

We feel terrible that our client had an unsatisfactory experience with our company. We do admit that he did not receive the level of service that we usually pride ourselves in and have issued him a full refund.
