The Bubble Bistro

The company: The Bubble Bistro, and I am no longer sorry to say, has been extremely difficult. I have come across great issues with these merchants. I have contacted this individual multiple times via e-mail but have not received a tracking number nor have I received a refund for these items from the merchant(s). When I first contacted these individuals I provided them a specific amount of time for the items to be delivered and was told the items would be delivered (this does not include the waiting time for the orders to be fulfilled and was even told that the tracking information would be sent). However as this time passed (45 days) and the seller(s) stopped communicating with me I was unable to file a complaint and dispute via [redacted] and was recommended (by [redacted]) to not only contact Revdex.com but [redacted] as well.Order_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementHello Revdex.com, I am in need of help regarding two transactions totaling $131.70 of which I authorized for the items to be purchased however have come across great issues with these transactions and the merchant. I have contacted this individual multiple times via e-mail but have not a tracking number nor received an email or refund for these items from the merchants. I authorized the transactions via [redacted] and HAVE NOT received the items nor have I received a refund and it has been MONTHS.
