City office operations manager [redacted] were contacted regarding this
safety issue. Operations manager [redacted] immediately contacted Buffalo
News carrier [redacted] regarding driving the wrong way down [redacted] Ave

delivering her route.
Ms. [redacted] stated she began doing this in the winter of 2014.
Ms. [redacted] has been informed that it is unacceptable to continue this practice
and must cease doing so immediately. Ms. [redacted] is aware that she will be
terminated if this happens again.
