The Buffalo Pointe Inn

You were not always aroundother than the min someone was at the desk, we saw no one else around the entire rest of the night and there was no one around to ask about the heat, As for the coffee, I doubt the business across the street was open at the time I wanted coffee as this was way after hoursIt seems that you are quite unwilling to take any responsibility hereAny other B & B we stayed at had much better hospitality and made us feel much more welcomeWe got the impression that you are there only for the moneyThis stay was really a big disappointment

We do not give complimentary coffee other than at breakfastThere are plenty of coffee shops within walking distance As a matter of fact, theres one right across the street We leave envelopes on the desk as a courtesy for our guests, because we are in and out on the property and most
guests find the envelope and are very appreciative of it! We are very busy taking care of various things We apologize you couldnt figure out the heater, but it is a very simple knob that you turn We are always around, we just dont like to bother our guests You had a beautiful room, and you ate the breakfast that was offered Obviously you saw us on the property, so I wish you would have asked us how to turn the heat on I have never had anybody not be able to turn the knob onSo sorry for that

On December 21st, 2016, [redacted] arrived at my Property "Buffalo Pointe Inn" to stay for 1 night. I was at the back of the property helping another guest, so I was not at the desk, but I left her an envelope as a do with many of my guests with all instructions for check in along with a key for...

entry into the room she reserved. [redacted] apparently did not like the accomadations and decided to harass me by calling me on my cell phone and emailing me leaving very nasty threatening messages. My policy is if a customer does not take their reservation for any reason they are charged for their reservation if not cancelled within 48 hours. Her opinion was that my place was too expensive for what was there although she didn't stay or give me a chance to supply all services that are included in the room.  Nothing was charged because she wasn't happy and my business does not need people like her to enjoy my wonderful service.  I lost money because I was unable to rebook the room in that short of time.  The Buffalo Pointe Inn is a wonderful family inn, and we welcome nice positive people!  We have a wonderful homemade breakfast, and clean nice rooms.
