I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The contactor's response is fraudulent and slanderousIt defies logic that I would knowingly void a year labor warranty after going through the construction fiasco caused by a subcontracted crew (not approved by me)that appeared to have no roofing experienceThe owner did not show up at the site for the first five days of what was contracted to be a 3-day job (which still remains incomplete)That being said, if the warranty had been voided (which it is not), then why did the contractor come to my residence to attempt to make repairs and assure my wife that the measures he took would prevent any further leakage? In terms of the slanderous reference to insurance fraud, the contractor is totally of baseI have had multiple conversations with my insurance carrier, I have received an initial payment for the original damage to the interior of my house, and an additional claim for the damage I continue to incur from continuing leakage is pendingThe contractor knows that I intended to file an insurance claim on the damage caused DURING construction as I requested a copy of the company's insurance certificate from him to make the claimIt was the company's worker that spoke to the claims adjustor and admitted to the inferior work The long list of documented deficiencies will be presented at the next step in dealing with this deceptive contractorIt appears it is time to retain an Attorney Thank you for also trying to get MrKto fulfill his contractual obligation Regards, [redacted]

The contactor's response is fraudulent and slanderous. It defies logic that I would knowingly void a 20 year labor warranty after going through the construction fiasco caused by a subcontracted crew (not approved by me)that appeared to have no roofing experience. The owner did not show up at the site for the first five days of what was contracted to be a 3-7 day job (which still remains incomplete). That being said, if the warranty had been voided (which it is not), then why did the contractor come to my residence to attempt to make repairs and assure my wife that the measures he took would prevent any further leakage?
In terms of the slanderous reference to insurance fraud, the contractor is totally of base. The contractor knows that I intended to file an insurance claim on the damage caused DURING construction as I requested a copy of the company's insurance certificate from him to make the claim. It was the company's worker that spoke to the claims adjustor and admitted to the inferior work.
The long list of documented deficiencies will be presented at the next step in dealing with this deceptive contractor. It appears it is time to retain an Attorney.
