We 1st did business with R*** *** on 06-27-R*** placed another order on 01-18-The items where in manufacturing and missing the hardware we let R*** know this via phone call and text on Monday February 12th R*** sent a text telling me how our jigs work at that point I
had had enough of R*** as he could not remember what he had ordered and time frames he had agreed to so I canceled his order and issued a refund via the websiteR*** insisted we send a checkWe sent at check out on 02/18/Check #in the amount $This check has yet to be cashedWe have also asked for R*** to call us with his CC multiple times so we can issue a refundR*** is up set as we chose not to do business with himHow can we resolve a problem with some one who only wants to create problems and makes threats via textI will attach images R*** is trying to waist my time and create problems We ask that this be dismissed Thanks,A*** ***TheBuffalo###-###-####

R*** called on Friday with his CC information Credit was issued directly back to customers credit cardR*** said he would shred the check once it arrived. I have attached a copy of the refund they take 24-hours from date of processing depending on time processed and holidays and weekends We would kindly ask that this be dismissed as we have satisfied our side of the deal Thanks,A*** ***The Buffalo805-206-

I am rejecting this response because:First of all I have never received a check from Anthony . Yes he said he sent one and on a previous occasion he also said he refunded my account which at a later date told me they didn’t store credit card info. On 3/2/2018 at 8:23 am Anthony took my credit card info and sent me a receipt showing a refund was made to my account. As of 9:40 am this morning NO funds have been deposited to the account. I will remove my complaint if the funds are deposited.
