Company denies responsibility for damages caused by rodents to hvac duct work and plumbing under home after treating rodent issues for years
My husband and I hired Bugman for our termite and pest control services in Over that time period we called the company to treat specifically for rodents approximately 8-timesThe companies technicals placed bait, traps and other devices in an attempt to treat the homeWe did everything the company asked, including repairing home exteriorThree different technicians services our home and hey all treated for rodentsLast year it was noted during our termite inspection that the technician noticed duct work damage from rodents and continued treating the crawl space area for rodentsIn January of our house began to smell of sewage coming from the vents so I called the company and a plumberThe plumber said the plastic pipes for our drains had been chewed in two and that much of the duct work in the same area was completely dest

This company Falsely advertises using website coupons They have online coupons that clearly state "$Off A New Seasons Service" yet when attempting to utilize the available coupon they apply additional stipulations that you must be a "New" customer who has never had service with them which is not stated in anywhere on the coupon When asked if there was a pricing difference in a renewing customer and a "New" customer I was told no but isn't a customer.....a customer whether new or old? Not in the eyes of this business The Manger Jackie and contract negotiator Valena have no intent on honoring customer loyaltyI have used this company for years and even referred friends and family but we will all find a "New" company that appreciates their customer loyalty over "New Customers" Truly disappointing that they rather loose business than honor their own advertising/coupons

We've been using The Bug Man for years Never had a complaint Great service, inexpensive, comprehensive I recommend The Bug Man to all of my friends
