Every termite job we do comes with a free ant treatmentwe use the left over chemical in the tank as a complimentary sprayIf you look at the ticket price and the termite warranty/disclosure sheet the prices line up. If there were an ant treatment that was warranted we have to document the WARRANTY like the termite treatment which has not been doneAlthough if you would like to get technical please read the disclosure statement where it says any excessive moisture voids the warranty which would include the termite treatment for that matterI would consider an act of god and over inches of rain at one time excessiveI see we will cross that bridge when it comesSoI absolutely will not warranty a free ant treatment that clearly you still have not proved is under warranty and would have been voided anyhowThe price on the flyer is no where represented anywhere in the price you paidYou paid for a termite treatment and received a free ant spray that was also clearly had no warranty attached to itIf they can show me anywhere it states they have an ant treatment warranty I will be happy to sprayThat flyer DOES NOT represent all ant treatments we have availableAlso warrantys have to be documented which in this case there WAS only a termite warrantyThank you, *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:  If you will look at the paperwork I provided, you will see under "Target Pests" Fire Ants and Termites are both circled.  We were treated 6/27/17, and the ants were back in September.  They need to honor their warranty and retreat for ants for free.
