Excellent service that works! We recently had ants in our home and I contacted the BugMan via email. They were prompt to answer by phone to schedule a date. It was fast service that got rid of the ants fast! The 6 month warranty they provide is great! I have already told my family about them as well. :)

I recently requested, by email, The Bugman to contact me so that I could get information about and a quote for their taking care of an indoor winter ant problem. Great customer service! I heard from one rep by email that afternoon and their booking person early the next morning. It got better - I was offered an appointment for that same morning!
A wonderful fellow named Evo arrived on time (after a polite courtesy call confirming he was enroute). He explained the process in detail, answered all my questions to my satisfaction and crawled around in the crawl space to ensure there were no infiltrating ants down there. He even picked up and bagged a couple of dead mice for the garbage while in the crawl space!
The interior baseboards and exterior perimeter of the whole house was sprayed. I haven't seen one ant since. I grilled poor Evo extensively about the safety of the product used around my 3 cats. He was incredibly obliging in providing the facts for me. Said cats have been just fine since the spraying!
I would not hesitate to use The Bugman again for other services they provide! I would definitely recommend them to anyone else who has need of a competent, knowledgeable, pleasant pest control company!! 5/5 stars
