I am a new customer of the bullbag and am very happy I was introduced to themI have used dumpsters forever and found this product and company to be responsive, honest, easy to work with and fairly pricedI was present when the driver came to empty my bag today and was impressed to see that they actually take photos of each bag disposal - to ensure the bag size, contents, and fill heightHonesty goes a long way with me and I wanted to let everyone know that these are good honest people

I know the holidays are only a week away, and the Cathy from BullBag told me they are really busy, but I wanted to compliment them: I had only just placed a request for a disposal this morning, but because they had one of their trucks in the area, they were able to squeeze me in today! What a relief knowing that my bag was emptied before the holidays and that I wouldn't have to have my family look at! These guys are the best! I highly recommend them! They come through when others may not have and their customer service is superb! PLUS I learned my bag is reusable! Can't get better than that!

The Bullbag and it's team are and have been very responsive and professional! I am a general contractor who has been using the bull bag for about yearsThe bag has saved me so much money! The gals in the office are top notch and the drivers who empty my bags are professionalOne driver even helped me load some stuff right into the truck that was too big and heavy by myself to get into the bull bag!

I have been a customer of the Bullbag for a number of yearsThey have made it so easy for me to do my job: my wife and I are CT licensed remodeling contractorThe bags are always ready to use - and I never have to stop what I'm doing to order a dumpsterThe prices always work out to be cheaper than what I have paid in the past using metal dumpsters tooCustomer service has always been top notch

We were called by I believe the VP of operations or sales and that we had to call back the original salesman for the area and have him com by and pick them up and refund usWe attempted on three occasions to call the original salesman, and he never returned our phone callsAt no time were we given the opportunity to have the bags picked up here
Our customer was sternly warned that they will no longer send a truck into NJ and this will be the absolute last time they will pick up from himOur customer is available to corroborate this!!

My customer had to wait over months for a pickupMy customer was told that if he kept calling, they would not pick up the bagI have that customers name and phone #The Revdex.com can contact me and they can verify my claimAs to your claim, I would like to see those *** and *** records in addition to the recorded conversationAnd while we are at it, the GPS sounds good

I'm very sorry that your original salesperson (the licensee) did not respond. I am personally, the individual that called your retail location several times. We have phone records through [redacted] and [redacted], that substantiate this. Additionally, we have GPS and mileage reports through truck tracking software that show that we were in your area on the same date as the last telephone call was made to your store. 
All of our outgoing calls are recorded for quality assurance purposes only, and which are saved in archives for 3 years. That being said, we also have phone recordings that will all collaborate exactly what was explained in the previous response and what is posted on our website: that pickups in NJ are suspended. We are LEGALLY unable to service NJ because of the licensee not obtaining his legal operating permits with the state and federal government. Suspension does not mean never ever. We do indeed plan to be back in NJ, but will be handling it corporately so as to not have this issue with any of our customers or retailers.
We are sorry that you are stuck in the middle and we want to help you with this, but we are unable to pick up the bags as explained previously. We are also very sorry that, perhaps your employee(s), did not give you the messages that we called. But with our electronic documentation, we have proof that we notified your store a minimum of 3 times.
We will be more than happy to refund you the purchase price as explained.
As for your customer, as we have also explained, we will be more than happy to refund their purchase price. Please provide us with their contact information or provide them with ours.

I'm terribly sorry to hear that you still have BullBag's.  I personally called your store back in October of 2013 to follow up on a letter that was previously sent you (the manager) that due to a licensee issue, we needed to terminate service temporarily to NJ. ...

Each of the stores that carried the BullBag in NJ were provided the opportunity to have us pick them up and receive a refund for the returned inventory. We never received a telephone call, letter or email back from your store. Then while driving and picking up remaining inventory, I also called your store again. Again, no return call back.
Every customer that has called and has a BullBag from NJ has been given the opportunity to receive a full refund if they send us a photocopy of their receipt by email or if not possible, can take a picture and text to one of our team members via smart phone. We have had customers already do so and have received their refunds in full.
Since we have attempted to reach your store several times about this and not heard back, we are unable to pick them up, but will definitely still accept your return and grant you a full credit for the price paid for all bags we receive at our office. You will be responsible for the shipping or delivery to our office. Please instruct your customer that purchased the bag to give us a call. It is quite possible they have already been refunded.
We are terribly sorry that the licensee dropped the ball and NJ is currently not being serviced and we also apologize for this inconvenience that you are experiencing. Please give us a call or email and we will be happy to provide you with the shipping address or answer any questions you may have.
