Review: On April 25, 2013 I started collaborating with L[redacted] (Owner) about a custom canvas piece. We got the details ironed out and she shipped a 3-panel poem on June 14, 2013. Not only did she ship my entire piece to North Carolina first, but when I finally got it she had repeated a phrase on one of the panels- which then sent back to have corrected which she said she received on July 28. We have gone back and forth and on Sept 10 she said she would not only send me the panel I paid for but refund 1/3 of the total price ($224.00) - I have contacted Etsy and they cannot help- and she has since stopped responding to me. Unfortunately I only have email addresses to utilize and cannot get ahold of her. Understandably, I am extremely frustrated and upset. We are not into the middle of January 2014 and I still do not have my panel or a refund. I have plenty of emails and receipts to back this up if needed.Desired Settlement: I would like AT LEAST the 1/3 of the $224.00 I paid refunded- which she promised me months ago- if not 100% to be refunded for the pain this has caused me. I would also like my panel to be sent to me as it should have been. I currently have two of the three. If a 100% refund can be issued I will gladly return the other two panels if she wishes (but will NOT pay shipping) and take my business elsewhere.
