Never put much credence in these reviews beforeI wish I had looked at them and paid heed now I came here to El Paso for USASMA Class They were super friendly over the phone and even when I arrived here No major problems for months I got my orders at graduation late because I was an alternate on the CSL Gave them a copy of my orders, with the date stamped, on 04Jun15, I have to be out of here by the 19th of June They said I have to give days notice, whatever, I will pay the pro-rated rate for the days Nopesince I gave my notice after the first of the month, I am responsible to pay July's rentWhen I spoke with the manager at the office, I was informed she has been doing this for years I paid my rent on time, every time and just asked them for some understanding and "military appreciation, which they speak about"

I came here to El Paso for USASMA Class 65. They were super friendly over the phone and even when I arrived here. No major problems for 11 months. I got my orders at graduation late because I was an alternate on the CSL. Gave them a copy of my orders, with the date stamped, on 04Jun15, I have to be out of here by the 19th of June. They said I have to give 30 days notice, whatever, I will pay the pro-rated rate for the 4 days. Nope........... since I gave my notice after the first of the month, I am responsible to pay July's rent............ When I spoke with the manager at the office, I was informed she has been doing this for 17 years.
I paid my rent on time, every time and just asked them for some understanding and "military appreciation, which they speak about".
